Daniel W. Geeding, Ph.D., CPA, Vice President, CFO Dan Geeding manages the Health Foundation of Greater Cincinnati’s financial and investment systems, and is a former professor of management and director of the Center for International Business at Xavier University. He also served as dean of Xavier’s Williams College of Business and as director of the college’s Center for Management and Executive MBA Programs. Dan was a member of the Foundation’s board of trustees from 1989-1997. He currently serves as a director and chairman of the board of directors of Frisch’s Restaurants, Inc. Dan holds and has held leadership roles in many community organizations, including the United Way, Bicentennial Commission, Tall Stacks Commission, The Center for Quality Leadership, Corporation for Findlay Market, The Health Alliance, Mercy Health Partners, and The Cincinnati Eye Institute. He participated in Leadership Cincinnati Class III and is a frequently invited speaker and management consultant on strategic planning and board governance. A certified public accountant, he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Miami University, an MBA from the University of Michigan, and a Ph.D. in Management from the University of Cincinnati.
