Penny Friedman, Vice President and COO Penny Friedman was President and Founder of BeneFactors, LLC before it joined with the Health Foundation Fund in 2007 to create InterAct for Change. Penny has 30 years of distinguished professional and community leadership experience and has been the recipient of numerous honors and awards for her civic involvement. In her professional career, she was real estate portfolio manager for Bartlett & Co., Vice President for Property Development for Taft Broadcasting Company, and a corporate attorney for Taft, Stettinius & Hollister law firm. Committed to creating change in the community, Penny has held leadership positions in more than two dozen top civic, arts, human services, and religious organizations. She is on the board and executive committees of KnowledgeWorks Foundation, the Cincinnati Association for the Arts, and the Greater Cincinnati Arts and Education Center. She also serves as president and member of the Board of Trustees for the Foundation for Family Service and is actively involved in Project GRAD Cincinnati and the Ohio Grantmaker's Forum.
